1. Login to your Google account such as http://gmail.com
2. visit http://www.google.com/friendconnect/
3. Click add a new site at the left sidebar and type your blog address
4. next, click 'add the member gadget' and setting the gadget for your blog (it's up to you)
5. Click 'Generate Code' and copy-paste that code to your blogger
6. Login http://www.blogger.com click Dashboard and click Design > Add a new Gadget/Widget > Type HTML > and paste the code at the form > Done
