How to create a link that can be opened without the click

Gadgets For Blogger - As the title suggests, without click link to open. Link opens in a sense go to open itself but buddy buddy should direct the cursor to the link, the link will open by itself. I never get a surprise. When I exchange with friends and put a banner posted, I move my cursor on the banner that I was actually lost. Apparently I was in my friend's blog.
